WHO WE ARE
The Creative Community College Collaborators (4C) is an informal association rooted in the efforts of a single professional new to the field of learning center administration looking for support and community as she found her footing during the COVID-19 shutdowns of 2020. It has grown into a community of practice comprising learning center administrators in nearly twenty community colleges across the USA.
4C is not organized under 501(c) or any other structure. There are currently no elected or appointed positions, no membership dues, and no conference registration fees. We are colleagues who learn from and share with each other, enjoy one another's company and perspectives, and volunteer our time and expertise to a cause we deem worthwhile.

A few original leaders among the 4C have moved on to other professional or personal pursuits away from the world of learning center leadership. We appreciate their service, miss their association, and wish them well.

OUR MISSION
At Creative Community College Collaborators, we strive to create a collegial community where learning support professionals can come together and share ideas. Our goal is to improve learning support practices in the community college environment through collaborative practice. We also seek to extend the benefits of participating in a professional organization to the tutors and other learning support staff working in our centers.
